Once I completed all the requirements, how can I redeem the free gift?

A redeem button will be activated on gift status page. You can press the button to verify your account. Then, an email will be sent to your email address. You can verify your account through the link which is provided in the email and get redirected to the redemption page.

Fill in the information and double confirm the information is correct. You can now submit your request to redeem your free gift. It will be processed after we received your request.

The website claims that my redemption is processing, how long will I get the gift?

Usually, it takes 8 ~ 12 weeks for verification, shipping preparation and delivery. If the verification is completed, for products that are currently in stock with our supplier vendor, your product order is immediately delivered; for products that are currently out of stock due to high demand and/or limited supply, we will submit your product order to the suppliers vendor and the product will be shipped once it's available with them.

Also, make sure your shipping address correctly listed on account information. We recommend that you check with family, neighbors and roommates if they might have signed for your order package.

If you still cannot locate your order package after 12 weeks, please submit your request to us.
